Admissions into IIMs depends on a lot of other factors along with CAT percentile. Considering the competition, atleast 97%le is needed to get an admission into new/baby IIMs. 
MDI Gurgaon and IMT Ghaziabad come in different leagues all together. MDI Gurgaon directly competes with IIM Indore and IIFT where as IMT Ghaziabad is below new IIMs. However, these are good colleges to perceive MBA. Hope this answers your question.
