NMIMS Mumbai MBA Eligibility Criteria 2025

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university

• Minimum aggregate marks: 50% across all subjects.

• Two years of industry/work experience is desirable but not mandatory.

• Students who are in their final year of bachelor’s degree may also apply.

NMIMS Mumbai MBA Application Process 2025

• Step 1: Register for the NMAT by GMAC™ exam.

• Step 2: After registering for NMAT, register on the NMIMS portal using the NMAT registration number. Fill the application, pay a non-refundable fee (₹2,800) online.

• NMIMS considers only the first attempt of NMAT for selection.

NMIMS Mumbai MBA Shortlisting Criteria

• Shortlisting is primarily based on NMAT by GMAC™ scores (sectional + overall).

• Must have completed NMIMS application before the NMAT exam date.

1. NMAT by GMAC™ Test and Applying to NMIMS

• Taking NMAT is mandatory for applying.

• Based on NMAT section scores and overall score. Cut-offs are applied.

      3. Selection Process

• After shortlisting, candidates undergo further rounds which may include:

• Psychometric Test

NMIMS Final Merit List

The final ranking / merit list is based on weightages assigned to various components like NMAT by GMAC, Competency Assessment, PI, Work Experience and Academic Track Record

• Note: Work experience counted only if more than one year.

• Competency Assessment is a computer-based test held at NMIMS Mumbai campus.

NMIMS Mumbai MBA Personal Interview (PI) Round

• PI evaluates communication skills, leadership potential, overall suitability for the MBA program.
