Every college has a said criteria on the calculation of composite score. It is also very transparent and available on their website. Only if you are above the cutoff composite score, you get a call

@vaibhav, to answer you question, for me they did not check the experience certificate on the day of the interview. But it's good to have experiece certificates.

is experience letter mandatory? won't payslip and joining letter suffice? its hard to ask exp letter from company unless you are sure you will leave...
